Yo, first off we are a clan about the people, respect, trust, help, and having crap loads of fun. We don't like drama unfortunatly at sum point it happens everyone, though we do respond to it asap to fix the problem.
We have a variety of dedicated members.
-Newer Players: We encourage they try to do things on there own as much as possible and then ask are more expirenced players to help if they can't do what needs done.
-Expirenced Players: We try to keep more expirenced players than new ones. We also encourage that when a new member asks for help and your available that you help then... unless they're just being lazy.
We are not a rank oriented clan. Rank is sumwhat of an issue do to the fact that rank shows progress. If you are not moving forward then you are going backwards. We are always trying to better ourselfs as a clan and individuals.

Clans & Clans Houses

I think there should be a inactive clan list that takes care of all those clans and clan houses out there that don't get used and just sit. Kinda like how unused accounts dissapear.
Also if people could have sumthing to delete there clans if they wish?
