Just a few points I want to make.

Was there a poll that was cast for the ordinary Nightmist I players to see whether or not they are in favor of a Nightmist II? Because if not, I have a good feeling from my replies that you won't recruit many players.

Also, I want to put in my two cents on the fact that I do not believe that if you are going to go with NMII, why should NMI players that are poor irl have to suffer wit heven more lag and such? I can see that if it is unavoidable if you are hosting two games simultaneously, but I'm not in favor of it in the first place.
