Now you know why Tiggy was so scared. Never mind the lesser Balrogs that you've fought already... here is the big daddy. Towering over you and totally encased in smoke and fire, you can just make out his horned, armoured head and his weapons of choice: a fiery whip and a massive obsidian axe. There is no running now; <red>Gothmog<ff8888> has made sure of that. Hope you are ready to meet your maker.

The Lord of the Balrogs will summon Pit Wraiths and Dark Djinn by its side to defend it, and has a regular Balrog supporting it at the fight's start.
