A young but proud enchantress, Kayla is normally fairly reclusive although isn't afraid to draw attention to herself should the need arise. In this instance, she is wrestling with a young brat, trying to restrain and search him.

- Located three squares north of the Southern Gatehouse of the 1-alt server only.
- Begins and ends the "Kayla's Brooch" mini-quest.
- Exchanges a Rope for a Bound Child and disappears in doing so.
- Moves East if you hand her brooch to her (but you keep the brooch so you can follow her).
