I agree solely with Tony cause having all the troubles of loggin em back on would get kinda frustrating after awhile, and hour and 30 minutes would still be pointless, besides he said if you were to go pking on thieves and not find anyone for an hour then they get d/c, which would mean that he's on them and not away from computer. But you do got a point for those who are logged on and not at there computer would cause tons lag.
