How To Install Monitor Drivers?

How do i install monitor drivers, i have them downloaded onto my computer from my monitor manufactuers web site but i'm not sure if i downloaded them into the correct folder & not sure how to install them.

Frequency Error

When i go to play a certain game the screen goes all fuzzy and a box comes up that says frequency error and says some think like 35.5-70.5 or some thing.

What can i do to fix this?

Heh not much for words.

I'm decided that i'm going to quit playing all together forums and game because of football and school. I also made the decision because even though in the past four years i've learned a lot, its time to move on and have a real life.
