Description: A long wodden staff that feels light to hold but has the power of the ancients. if the holder of this weapon attacks his foe then the power of the septer is sent towards the opponant. This makes the Staff of Elements utterly useless (unless you're too poor to pay the extra 10k for 3 extra base damage).

Uhh, I use morph for that.Staff of elements is useful if you are a level 20 druid who doesn't like training in swamps
