what i have been doing is ill make 20 new characters, withdraw there 200 gold on them go buy oak staves put them in nightmist vault then ill log on a lvl 4+ crit take all oak staves out of vault and sell them back to the store.

is that legal or illegal?

I thought it was impossible for a crit to drop or deposit items unless they are at least level 3, so you have to work to level them first!

Nope, unfortunately the account vault lets lvl1 to 3 deposit as well.

You gotta be one bored person to think up such an idea. I say even if it isn't legal we let him do it. I mean with the time he has invested if he doesn't yet realize that he can make 10X's as much on a paci that we all sit back and get a laugh out of it.

Wow, about 3 days after the vault was opened I noticed that lvl1's could infact deposit oak staffs. I thought of this same type of idea but seeing how slow my computer was at the time I could only make 3k per 10 minutes or 18k a hour and realized I make more doing other things. This probably will be changed to lvl1's cannot deposit until lvl3 and can withdraw as they please.

If you have a good pc you could pull in a fair income say if your pc could handle 50 of them.

50*200 = 10k

Dependent on how fast you can do this lets say it takes you ten mins 60k an hour is not bad for someone who has just started playing the game. I mean absolute newbs could make a mill in a day easily.

ok you cant make serious cashdoing this? 1000*200 = 200000 k . that can be easily dont in one day. 10000*200 = 2mil, 100000 = 20mil, ect

thats far too tedious and anyone would half a brain would stop after he made his first 10k.. otherwise, its no quicker than killing small defenseless animals.. and i doubt anyone could program something to create alts, log them on, withdraw gold, buy oak staves, deposit oak staves in vault, etc

Remember that the vault only allows 50 items to be deposited. So you must only get 5k for each full vault.


It's like what--2 oak staves per crit--so that's rolling up 20 crits, logging them on, withdrawing gold, buying oak staff twice, depositing them all..selling them...simply doesn't seem like it'd be very profitable.

This could be very easy, but it's boring, and kill stuff while getting almost the same ammount of gold + exp is better.

I made an automatic program that did this, made about 100k. Next day went to logon account and it was banned, so yes, it IS illegal.
