i was just wondering if fizz has any logic to it or if its just random i seem to fizz the least when im close to going up a level then when i go up a level i fizz all the more lol

Fizzle rate is based on how low your intellegence and level are. The higher your intellegence/level is, the less you fizzle.

It's just your mind playing tricks on you, the first part of a level always seems the slowest, and then things speed up near the end.

i dont know if this has anything to do with it, cuz everone says intell determines fizzs, but on my lvl 11 mage i put an AoH on him hoping it would help me out a bit and i seem to fizz a hole lot less then i did before, but then it could just be my mind playing tricks on me....

Who's to say they are giving the correct formula. lol

It could be like coolness*Ilikethispersonpoints=fizz rate

or something......
