I think Paladins' heal is okay as it is - them missing a lot I'm not so sure on.

Taking away Ranger's shields I have suggested already, mainly due to reasons of role-play and physical restrictions.

"My" Class Balancing Reccomendations?

Don't think so. These have all been suggested in class related threads. The classes are fine as they are now.

I think Beserkers are fine because they don't have any armor and they lose health when they beserk or smite

If I totally look past what you post and try to fill in the gaping holes with my own imagination, it begins to approach balance. Class balancing isn't as simple as flipping a coin; you have to take in things that only JLH would (probably) be able to think of.

I agree totally on the bracers for rangers thing

If you make rangers wear bracers, why would thieves get better armor?

I would suggest that rangers and thieves both use the same kind of shield, though I think steel bracers are a bit weak for an arch of either class to wear. I think a 10-15ac shield would suffice for both classes.
