Since the poll is quite even, id suggest that every clan chairperson can turn this leader ability on/off.

Sounds good but again, it's to do with choice, and how good you are making them before you promote a person,
We suffered because of it, but it was only a minor setback , still annoying though, but if Jlh can spare the time to write it in then i'll support your idea, that way there's no more transferring of blame by clan's, but still ultimately each clan needs to be sure before it promotes a person, and if they 'temp' promote and then forget to demote, it's their own fault.

why do we allways have to have everything to be switchable? just accept it the way it is. presonally i don't get the big deal.

why not just have it to where the leader can boot and invite only members. Any ranks higher than the leader, the leader can't boot.
The leader can only boot low rank members.
Founders can invite/boot all members but can only give out positions.
Chairman/woman can boot/invite, give promotions,give positions, set everything in the clan house, and can never be remove unless by the chairman/woman themself.

Because I liked it the way it WAS, not the way it IS. I want my leaders to be able to boot, others don't. Make it switchable and everyone will be happy.why do we allways have to have everything to be switchable? just accept it the way it is. presonally i don't get the big deal.

Not only the chairperson but the founders should be able to discipline there clans as wellsince they can do just as much as the chairperson can. Because the chairperson cant be on all the time. Tis why they created founders soo they can help the chairperson out in these situations.
Supported if Founders can get this ability as well.

Well, if founders can stop leaders from doing it, shouldn't the Chairperson be able to turn it off for the founder if they are abusing the power? eh, just a thought.
I haven't got any illusions about anything. Having said that, I still want to try to change things.
