I rented my basement out to a friend downstairs, one day he got a friend that knows a lot about computer to fix his cpu...I share the internet with him, we use adsl...suddenly after that day, my internet got so slow after that guy came only when he use it though..how could i change it so that both computer's internet is at the same speed???i i use window 98

get a seperate line for him or something. or you guys could share the internet from one computer using a network..

System restore his comp would take it back to the time when it was broke, hence fixing the problem of his comp working and using the line. Believe was a joke
