I don't know how many other players have this problem, but to avoid logging on all alts just to check memos I did /memo forward on all alts except my main, who now receives every memo sent to any crit in my account.

With this comes the problem of clan memos though. I can toggle the leaving and donation memos, but regular clan memos spam my main. If there was a way to toggle all clan memos completely it would seriously cut down on memo spammage.

Tell your founders to not memo whole clan unless important?

Sure i find it annoying but then again it's usually me who sends them.

good idea but this would cause a problem if anyone doesnt recieve clan memos whats the point sending them, and it would be pretty bad if you sent an important memo and no one recieves it and the you have to hunt down these persons that didnt recieve it ... well you know.

I support it. Usually when I sign on a crit that gets clan memos, I just do /memo check, scan real fast for anything that might serve a real purpose, and then move on with life. And most, if not all of my memo's are stupid.

but some of them arent, just advise your clans founders to send only important memos and other stuff should belong to clans forum ( if they have one )

edit: this command should only stop memos such as donations memos and stuff.

The point is that I forward all memos from all my crits to one alt so I don't have to log on individual crits just to check memos. When clan memos are sent I get the clan memo x 40 on ONE crit. If I could toggleclanmemo on 39 crits, I would still get the clan memo, but only ONCE, as it was intended.

Just make it so it goes to one crit per account or something?

it will be the same thing as oracle said.... one crit per account in that clan... so if you have one in tr and another in dh then that will send memos to that one crit in that certain clan... its kinda hard to explain. but it will work.

what about adding something along the lines of only 1 memo per clan position...after all positions are given to identify people and their alts, so why not have it so it only get sent to one crit with that position?

Yes that is what most clans use it for, but it is not the use of the command by rule. I prefer making it hard coded so all is sent to one crit per clan, per account.

there are a few people who want different clan positions for certain crits... so it won't be the same. And by having it for per clan, for that account, it is being more specific and won't fill up as much
