Since pacifist are green, thieves should be able to covert in front of them, cause a paci will follow me so I can't covert. It's happened only once, but it was really annoying. Once I was done coverting, he was running around looking for me.

pacifists get on my nerves but that's for another topic. i can't see why not here, because thieves can covert with party members or other invisible people present. that confirms that covert is not definitively prevented by people seeing you. it's only prevented when going covert would adversely affect pvp gameplay and area design, and since coverting in front of pacifists does not affect either of those criteria, there is no reason i can think of (within two minutes) for this not being added.
wouldn't it be funny if rich had registered this name first, and you were bickering with him?

Doors are green too, yet you have to kill them to go covert (annoying at less than lvl 10 in SDG)

I support this idea, but my idea of deleting a random paci everytime someone is pked is far better.

btw just try to kill me

By not posting here :P Look through the various pages in the Help forum. And go through the Tutorial north from Boar's Tusk.

On subject. I agree, also with Doors ;p (but Doors may be harder, as they're an NPC).

I sent you a message. Find it under "1 new messages" under help and search at the top of the page :P

I don't actually think you should be able to covert infront of anyone, be they party members, friends or whatever.
Whoever they are they can still see you as you try to disapear- and thus, that stops you dissapearing.

However because you can covert infront of people considered green... and because pacifists can't actually interfere with theives in any way... I do agree that thieves should be able to covert in front of them.

And doors- I mean... a door can't even see you attempt to hide ^^;;

I didn't read anything, I'm just posting to see if you'll kill me.

Pacifists are against fighting. If six thieves tried to hide behing a tree to pump the first unfortuate passer-by full of dagger-holes, the pacifist would surely warn the person

well, good thing a pacifist can physically warn the first passerby through open chat, pages, clan chat, friend chat, enemy chat, yelling, etc. they can get the message across without the game RPing for them.
