So I am looking for either where to get or the recipe for the Imperial Escutcheon. I believe this to be a crafted, it is the 1alt servers other lvl32 pally shield. I would be very grateful for any information on this anybody may be able to provide. Currently I can't find anything on it other than the /library info.

Dang, 2k+ views and no responses. I'm going to assume that to mean nobody knows how to make/get this particular shield, so I guess the next step is to figure it out on myself. On that note, if anybody has any ideas where to start with this I would appreciate them. I plan to buy the two shields available in herabec, as for after that I don't have any idea where to go so any suggestions would be well received.
