Not sure if this would help others but for my clan, character's alts have their mains name as the tag. But its hard when they may have about 5 alts and i have to keep writing /clan position [characters name] [tag] every single time. Im not sure if this has already been made or something similiar to this but this is my suggestion.

/clan position (characters names) [tag]

Here you can write all the characters' names and then give them all the same tag at once.

Im not sure what people think of it but hopefully something will happen. Please post ideas or comments about this.

Also available to you, along similar lines:
/clan position list [position]
/clan remove position [position]
