I almost wanted to make a meme, but I'm too lazy.

It'd be something like this.

"Staff, claim they are human and make mistakes.

Make decisions on forums without any elaboration on them to criticize constructively, then locks the topic."

Good job Gaddy, would you care to explain why you don't approve of Speckled Band on 1a? The reasoning for it is good, CG is worthless to kill, and with how long it takes to kill, would keep people on a bit longer. What are your arguements against it?

[Friend] Gaddy: It's interesting how riled up folks get over a topic they didn't even create - and that had little to no thought put into it. "Hey, I want this moved from Main to 1-Alt." is not exactly a thought out thing to claim.

[Friend] Gaddy: So I didn't feel it needed some profound justification from me. That things exist on one does not mean they exist on the other. And to have to justify not moving things doesn't make sense to me. Justify moving them, not "not moving them".


In this case, I do have the ownership to say not to move the Speckled Band. Make something else up. Actually think it through, and develop it for 1-Alt with balanced consideration.
Spend more than 30 seconds developing a concept. Consider if it is balanced.

Instead, more time is spent complaining about how I have done something rather than actually working. And that is all too typical.

He already deleted one like this, hes going to delete another. Inactivity is awesome. Nothing to do on 1a but train since everything requires 6-8. Do you autocratic staff/advisers even advise or do you just delete stuff that points how bad your advice has made things? Its expected that we group up and raid the game except... theres not even enough people to do that.

It would at least get some people off their ass and spend 2-3 hours 2-4manning CG, since thats one of the few that are doable with 2-4.

I lol'd too. IMO his advice as an advisor is to stfu and stop suggesting improvements to give us something to do, because obviously things are just fine.

my question was a legitiment question... the boss is useless to even bother with now, crs dont even sell ... the idea would be a great way to improve it and get something interesting on the game goin again but everyone always says its the players that ruin the game... but its usually the staff like in this case lol

I had a lot of problems with gaddy in the past, but if he doesnt want the specled band on 1a so be it.. staff can make something else craftable just as easy..

Come on Alex this is Nightmist staff do what they want, when they want, and how they want. And do not need to explain themselves to mear mortals for anything

1) Attacking advisors/staff is not a way to get something added to the game.
2) This is the wrong forum for these posts, try suggestions/improvements or suggest something in developement for a new craft.
3) Having a topic locked AND one deleted on the subject, probably means you should go about this a different way.

1) Advisors don't do anything ingame
2) General discussion is the most logical place to post this.
3) Having one locked with no explanation probably means that you shouldn't get a reason for anything right.

2. Bill's post, not yours. Why are you complaining? That little going on for you?
3. I don't feel like writing a detailed explaination of why something I created for Multi is not comfortably balanced for 1-Alt.
