Needs nerf nao. Level 33 mage with 24 intel beaming for 49s while getting crit striked in the face by +2 str fighter.
TL;DR - Warrior tunic is to good with new fighter buffs and needs nerf now!

Hey you got some 51's in there also 
Dont forget i had 2 Bracelet of Antimagic's on also so it wasnt just the Warrior Tunic alone 
and its +4 str fighter and i didnt crit that often.. maybe 2-3 times in 1 duel
