Why is the POD on these mobs so low.. they hit as hard orcs and harder than bears and have 15-20 less pod.. was just thinking they should be bumped to roughly 50-60 pod on all of them..

Asp has 45 pod right now but should be roughly 55, while Ants have a pod of 50 right now which is OK, but they are tougher than any black bear which has the same pod I feel that ants could be a 55-60 pod, Griffins have a pod of 40 which could be raised to 50.

I do know its right outside RH which also can make it a pk heavy area.. and the fact is its hardly used unless leveling items are needed..

I do see your point. I'll have a talk with the rest of the team. Their drops for levelling up may be a factor though.

As far as the leveling drops go; the exp was the same before implimenting it. Now, it seems about fair I guess. I believe the calculations were close to being true. You are required to train off the mobs that drop the items for 50% of the experience you're suppose to earn to level further.

There are quite a few places to train that have decent PoD monsters, but I would support a slight increase.

For now, XP won't be changed on these monsters because it's easy enough to bypass them all to get into the Rose Garden, where XP and gold is much higher. The other thing is that Mt. Fenowasty and the Sentant Range are rather large areas, meaning that, generally, you can train relatively safely without the risk of being PKed - the same cannot be said for the Large Forest and the like.

Ah thats ok.. I just thought that instead of always adding new areas why not just "improve a few", I thought it could have been a nice area to train a mage, with the fountain so close and I felt that some experts can't go into the RG with it being used as much as it is. The gold I agree is better but the xp would only be slightly better. The pk ratio would still be high as many players go there for the gold. Only an expert with balt would be able to train there since the mobs do hit as hard as orcs. While it might be relatively easier to train there, its still a highway for high levels crits going to and from the ranges and RG as well which would eventually lead to people checking the location to pk.
