so i did a name change via website and it removed the gold 3 times from Pandora ;|

can i get some help??

yeah as i asked and explained to u, u hit enter to do the name change as u probs hit it multiple times, which is why u never hit enter and just click wit ur mouse

but yeh its pretty gay how that works, happened to me alot back in the day, should be coded so when the first name change takes place, u have to retype the password as u have to with buyin equips/items off site, but for some strange reason, u can bypass that too... so u should either be refunded gold or something

That sucks. I guess a way to combat it would be to withdraw all gold aside from the name change gold before you push it.

i would have done that but it was a higher lvl and i was to lazy to calc and see how much it would have costed :| plus i didnt think this would happen

not to be a smart ass, but it wouldnt be possible to have a screenshot unless you happened to print screen before and after you went to do the name change.. which you wouldnt do, unless you expected this to happen... only way i could see any proof of this happening, other than taking her word for it would be for jlh to check the name changes (if that is even possible...) ...

JLH can just check logs and see if the gold got taken. Even if you made a screenshot before and after it wouldn't tell us anything.
