Armor base: -40, Can be worn by: druids, mages, Description: Cold. So very, very cold. But with it, one can see so clearly. Things that were once confusing and difficult are now transparent and simple. Things that were puzzling are obvious. Things that were beyond reach are ripe for the taking, if only they could be reached quickly. They are so clear, but moving has become so very difficult. So cold. So very, very cold., Level needed to equip it: 10, Strength modifier: 0, Intelligence modifier: 1, Dexterity modifier: 0, Constitution modifier: 0, Wisdom modifier: 0, Charisma modifier: 0.
