Again this was not a complaint about the fighter party getting their tokens so i will not appreciate anyone pageing me or flameing me on this forum saying "You are just mad cause we got ours and you did not."This was posted to be looked over and people to give their thoughts about the above statment.

->To backwash-The info i collected at the time stated the people who where at the boss at that moment, but even if a lvl 23 fighter goes and kills it does that not raise warning flags?
-> To Oracle-The statements made where for the 3 bosses currently attempted or killed.Since the change of the colisium players are not sure now if the bosses are the same as on main now or not.

Just because your first attempted failed don't mean its not possible...
Just keep trying before you start complaining.. just because someone is able to kill something don't mean you will beable to.. stop comparing one boss to another and deal with the one your after...
So like I stated above...
Don't complain because you didn't win the first time and yell un-fair-ness.. deal with what you have and stop worrying about everyone else and work on your class...
If you think fighters got it so easy roll a fighter... etc.. etc..
All classes are DIFFERENT
So why should thier bosses all be the same?
(Before anyone says anything.. I know I repeated myself.. but im hoping it sticks in so I won't have to repeat myself in the future.)

A colisuem boss that doesn't heal, infact "almost" ANY boss that doesn't heal, can be taken down with absolute ease, do to the fact unlimited ammounts of potions/mana (very cheap if you have a crafters ring) can be used throughout the battle.
Make all the colisuem bosses heal themselves so potions won't help, you still need to have a certain ammount of attack power to win. Their hp might need to be adjusted for this.

Crafters ring's potions/mana are not so very cheap anymore. It's been changed today.
Regarding balancing issue... Ask yourself, would you rather have level 35 fighter or level 35 thief/ranger? Fighters class is the least potentional at high level and so it's coliseum bosses is of lesser difficulty then for other classes.

1) Not all classes are the same. There are far fewer fighters in game. They are relatively easy to level and relatively less powerful than other classes. The fighter coliseum combat (Guruk) is limited to only one class (instead of the two or more allowed in other coliseum fights). Starting to get the picture?
2) You are complaining about two fights that were quite unequal in many ways. I watched the complete battle on both fights. There were more high-level fighters to withstand the high-power attacks from Guruk than there were high-level thieves/rangers to withstand the lower-power attacks from Gristle.
3) It's possible that some re-balancing might be in order. Given that the combats were worked out before there were nearly enough high-level characters on the server to test anything, I'd say we came up with a pretty close guess. If anything, if statistics were changed, they would likely be to make all of the fights harder. Honestly, if you make us re-evaluate the combats at this point, you're probably going to be even less happy.
4) The decision to have the bosses be made such that they were class-specific and required help from many players was made by JLH based on options the staff gave to him. It is extremely unlikely that you will see any changes that alter this. 1a was designed to require cooperation. If you don't like that, come back and play multi.

>To al the fighters who got there tokens.-I am happy for you, good going, all that good jazz.
>To everyone else who thinks i started this post to try and start some sort of drama.*gives you the bird.*
What is it with trying to show a difference in something and looking for answers?is this not what the forum was designed for?...some people need to get a grip and catch a clue.

If I see any more implied accusations of staff abusing the system, you'll find yourself banned.

Because of an increased amount of abuse from unruly players, if you give staff any abuse at all, including accusations of cheating, bad language, offensive comments, etc. then you can and will find yourself BANNED. Be polite and receive the same in kind. Problems with staff conduct should and can ONLY be resolved by e-mail - contact myself or JLH by e-mail. The addresses are in our profiles. -Pandilex
Even though I've seen this every time I logged in for the last two years, I still can't get it into my thick head that this is a rule that actually applies to me. Since I can't seem to understand simple instructions, I've lost my posting privileges.
