OK, heres how i figure it, there are 5 portals to locate and the quicker we find them all the longer we have to play in what ever area is opened to us.

I suggest you post here when you have totaly checked a particular city, and if you find a portal some where (so we dont all search the same squares over and over)

Post what area you searched and if you found any thing remember there is no prize for finding all 5, and nothing to be gained by keeping it secret so post away people.

I've checked Harbec,RF,LF,Kantele,IT,Windia,meadow,sarka,bt,dendeya,everything from bt to sarka, and umm came up with nothing

no way you could have checked every square of all those areas already lol

Trev has pointed out that there are no keys needed, but refused to say if the portals are on secret squares. So i would assume they are not in plain site? possible need to look at the discriptions to find secret new squares where they are hiden

my clan has checked johanna orc caves all of ancient tunnels including shadow traps someone is working right now on ss beach checked bt rg rh mostly all north or arilin royal forest bt to sarka nm graveyard

alos triken forest forest of the souls

enchanted forest is empty

nothing on outter deck of airship

well after this shot time i have offically quit looking for the portals its to much of a pain to try and find 5 portals when there is so many places you can go and some many squares in each of them places so i wish yall good luck on finding em

They are all in or around the cities by the looks of it... we need to try every direction examine read and interaction we can think of :/

So there probaly in cities or close to citys, also ive tryed to vortex and go every unmarked direciton in nightmist(the town not teh entire game)

Tried the Royal Forest, Misty Path and parts of the Entangled Overgrowth and Midnight Copse... found nothing, although I didn't do a thorough search of the latter two due to their maze-like construction (I can't even get around my own creations!)

I checked pretty much everywhere possible.. so we are all overlooking something..

Just to help with the search, this is where it isn't for sure.

Anything past Sewers 1, which means Sewers 2, 3, BT, sakra, lost trail, ect.

For everyones referance, this is where they were all found, so don't bother looking too close to that place.

SS Beach, South of RH, Barrier Forest right next to necro tower, and on Forest highway halfway to dendeya.

They've been examined out so they're in plain site.

Places you should probably check; Senant, Faravar, Tirentek/North of Harabec

I wasnt even on but I had the greatest of faith in my clan (cough) but yeah.. congrats to the little blighters that found them. (How the hell did Alex manage it.. I thought he was a noob!!)

Hope your enjoying the quest.. If you pass Trevayne on his travels, do thank him very kindly.. It is his hard work which has made this possible. You might also have noticed Elf has put in some long hours "doodling" for want of an Elf word.. and her efforts should not go unthanked.

Also could some one post Precise directions from a fixed point (a town gate orso) to each of the portals - it looks like we have to destroy a bunch of spawning monsters/boss's a number of times before we get access to shineys

Any Clan founders wishing to form a chain alliance for the duration of the quest let me know also (page/memo me in game)

So, it appears that these little pawns of greed are spawning and making a dash for the portals, kill them quick and you are set, but they move fast and dont stand around to fight. Once they get to the portal its gg they are free. They also poison for 25 a tick so make sure you have cleansing.
