I would accept heroic dexterity and constitution under reasonable conditions and only within limited uses (stealing and covert). I want to police the underworld, with absolute authority, and I want unrestricted pilfering powers to garner the ire of NM's citizenry. If I were to attract followers, I would lead them to do harm, I'd act as a shadow figure, attacking only in defense, but robbing whatever I please.
The way I figure, at this point I have no desire to do much else than be a minor nuisance to all players. I'm rarely seen and even then, only before minor to moderate setbacks befall someone else. Why not put that into the context of the game? I could be the only jerk that has a decent reason to be so (it would be my role), and the only thief that doesn't ask for your password. I've been around for ages and never sought great glory or riches. I've spent my time looking for marks and encouraging a more complex adversarial approach to the game. Which is something I could do with an empowered role as a figurehead of chaos and uncertainty. I could retain my mortality, without added health, and fullfill my duties while giving players the incentive to carry on their part of the hunt as well.
It's something to do.
