You looking at arch? with good hp could cost more than 8 mil...
i payed 4 mil for a lvl 26 dwarf with average hp.

I think the only CLERIC 6 stat elf that is arch might be Effort.
You won't get him, and he's got poor hp anyway.
5 stat with high hp would probably put you in the 3-5m range depending on how good of hp, and with fairly good hp (293+) probably still 2m+.
But it's been a while for me and lots of prices have changed since I did much dealing with high levels. Just my guesses.

a 5 stat with 295-298 will run you about 4m.
299+ 5-6m
and 290-295 = 3mish
