I have sent in an email, to Jlh my problems with both you and crane, as well as a link to this post at which time, JLh can decide if this post needs to be locked or not.

Since no body else wil,l i will tell you personally what my problems are, and hopefully hopefully, somewhere with in them both of you will figure it out.


Crane I think it is great you go behind people and you edit out the cusswords, and check posts, but before you lock a post read it fully, you locked a post just a day ago that JLH himself was talking on and answering things on, he had not locked it, and you are a mod it is not your place to lock a post when admin does not.

You have to use your head, it is not being biased to make exceptions at times, there is a difference between looking was someone baited, or did they just post the flame out right, is the person being a moron or is it just the way that they talk. You have to use judgement you can not be so strict that there is no freedom to allow others to answer a post made to bait them in place.

If it turns into a slagging match contrary to what most on here believe not all word fights require locking, some need to be argued out, stupid ideas sometimes require flaming inorder to become good ideas, Thomas Edison "hey im gonna make a fire in a jar that can be turned on and off at will." His coworker. " thats a stupid idea lock" Judgment has to be used or you risk becomeing a hanging judge, and that is what very quickly you have begun. You know i have no problems with you we worked a long time on the paci area, so just read what i typed and take it as it is.


Deval: It is not your place to make threats against the population, you are not admin you are a forum moderator, if Admin wishes to start making posts such as the one you just made, so be it they will and can, last I checked JLH could type for himself, Someone deleted a post that would be used as evidence against someone the other day for in game banning, It can not be brought back, Admin had not locked it they were giving the people the chance to vent their fustrations. That is the one thing that i think crane is smart for lock it but don't delete it because you run the risk of deleting very needed evidence.

Who appointed you to dictate what Crane can and cannot do? I don't see Moderator next to your name, so what gives you the right to decide what a Moderator can and cannot do?

Don't you think by making the post Sticky, it was approved of by either Staff or a Moderator?

You know it's not only unwanted threads that are going to be locked, but users too if people try to rise above their position.

Well a lot of people complain Simon.. He's just voicing an oppinion. I don't care much of what Crane/Deval does but Exilus has a right to an oppinion. Or am I wrong.

Fourth, make valid arguments that are not based on your feelings, or were made because someone you are buddies with has had their thread locked.

And the most important fifth. Use correct English. Your argument is instantly voided if you voice your opinions through text in a manner that a person with little education would. Your argument looks like it was written by a 7 year old => nobody is going to read it, and will treat you like a 7 year old.

Staff made what moderators can and cannot do. Staff will not give moderators power to do something if they feel they shouldn't be able to do. Get used to whatever happens if your life, cause there will always be someone supeiror to you.

Well, I had a problem with him, I kept it off the forums, and eventually took it to JLH and still have yet to recieve a mature responce. I got to the point I don't care about the topic, but from my point of view if your all going to continue this mail staff hoopla, you should keep up on it.

I don't know about others, but from my point of view, if you eventually want people to pay, The way things are run now is seriously beginning to destroy that goal.

As i told JLh Simon, this all was talking from the exp, of working as staff and Moderator manager in the three largest chat houses on the net, Chatropolis at the time they never had less than 3000 people online, and 100 volenteer mods, they offered both paying and free memberships. The owner of that chat site made about 1000 dollars a month after paying for his server costs.

Webmaze room leader Senior section moderator, my section grew to be the biggest in the chat house earning the chat site from itself 100 dollars a month after all costs.

The final Chat house I worked is closing, because it lost its biggest most money making section, when me and maha began playing NM.

The advice I gave crane is tested and proven to work, So you know both the first two chat houses, are still running and niether makes less that 500 dollars a month after costs. So that is what gave me the right I earned to offer the advise.

As to Deval, It was not pinned until after you read this post, I know i was annon watching as you read it and I read what you said as soon as you posted, I had not answered untill now because I was talking to someone else which im sure by now you have heard, and if not you will, so i will talk with you about this no longer.



To the rest I have already talked to JLH and I gave him proof of of things i have been saying, and he will take care of it now, I didn't write the topic for you all to agree or to disagre with it was writen for staff the ones in it to see and read and for JLH, to see as well.(Notice I did not say pandi), so if you wish to argue about how much good this would have done so be it, but to stop trying to make something better because you feel nothing will get done, is to give up and become a quiter, and no one likes the one who just give up.

Does anybody even know Crane? I mean, you all jump to conclusions about him simply because he may have locked a few threads which didn't need to be locked. Do any of you have a job? Have any of you ever made a mistake at that job? Yeah, you have. If any of you actually get to know Crane for who he is, and not just as a forum moderator, you might not be so God-damn prejudice. I mean, it's ok to post your opinions, but Exilus I must say, your post seemed like your trying to control some of the most strong and mature people in Nightmist. (Note: I don't mean strong as being able to own me, I mean as strong as mentally strong.) Who the hell do you think you are? For more than half the people in this game; they've never heard of constructive criticism. We all have differed judgement. There are a few posts that if I was a forum Moderator, I would lock, and there are also posts that I believe should have been left open to further conversing. As you may or may not have noticed, Crane has yet to post here, nor has he locked it. Sometimes it's better to simply veer around other peoples problems, for if I'm not mistaken, it wasn't your job to come here and take a ridiculous stand against an issue that wasn't your business.

crane saw what i posted and he has heard what i said, and you know what i haven't noticed him doing what i talked about in this post, So before you go jumping and trying to defend someone who didn't need defending since he even understood i was not jumping on him.. I would go to yahoo. I would then type www.hooked on phonics. com and read the pages it gives you ok.
