I think the weapon being magical would help for killing bosses etc, and the part for it being vampiric could also be for that but not only that but if you were dueling a person or someone was trying to pk you the vampiric part of the weapon would help you out numerously atleast I think it would.

change the word numerously lol doesn't go with it, make it immensly.

It was meant to say use rapid fire with a vampiric weapon and it also be magical, it could be 18-19 BD and .20 to .15 vampiric.

Yeah you could drop the base damage down a few but I think rangers should have a magical weapon and it be vampiric and be able to use rapid fire.They can use a cobalt but can't rapid fire from it so its pointless to use it for anything other than a fighter or zerk. It was just a thought and thanx for the thoughts from you guys, maybe the vampiric could be like .15 that would still be good and not make the weapon so expensive and the bd could be like 18 or 19 its just a thought anyways thanx.
