ok, hmm... i make a load of gold and pour it into my clan house... my clan falls apart for what ever reason and im punished by having to hang on to this useless clan house... makes no sense... but hey.. we dont want anything to add mass ammounts of gold to the game.. you know.. like dotw, ck sales, mansion owner... hmm... mo adds atleast 30k everyday... thats way more than selling clan houses would do.. thats a little bit more than a cobalt a year.. hmm ck sales were redic as well.. i mean, i didnt ever even go in thieves guild and would get drops.. bet i made atleast 100k... manda had to have made close to a cobalt off of all the sales she had haha... fixed that, but way to late.. tbh, it should have been fixed way earlier, or not at all in my opinion... anyways.. we all know the story of dotw, so blah.. anyways.. the logic of "it takes gold out of the game" doesnt cut it for me... there are plenty of other things that could do that.. making dessy mobs steal resistant(like arrowheads) would help for one thing.. robbing dessy adds alot of gold to the game.. i dont know how often server resets or w/e, but there is no way in hell those mobs are all getting killed by the playerbase, and they still keep getting gold on em heh... anyways, im just saying, there are/were plenty of better things to look into about adding gold to the game than limiting clan sales..

Should they be sold….. I think not. Why should one get the gold that many donated.

like all that so many that donated to my clan.. and like alec and chris donated for th.. ok tho, that puts it all in perspective now... /eyes

Donations, from the most part, are not mandatory and you choose to do it. You obviously take the risk of losing gold when you donate it, but thats a risk you have to take on your own.

furthermore estate agent should warn you before you put all your gold into a clanhouse... that post at the start of the server wont cut it... noobs are suppose to trek through months of post to find the rules of the game? moose that... get a little more organized for mooses sake..

besides... like jurian said, i keep track of donations, matt(midas) donated 200k, i donated 100k and jono donated 100k.. that was the first 4 rooms.. then using money in my account i bought the rest of the rooms.... other than that, superbeast donated 10k and mandorallen(lvl 27zerker that doesnt exist anymore) donated 30k.... so unless your a complete moron you wont screw your clannies over... besides, if your willing to donate to a clan, and it later falls to nuts, most people would want there chairman to be able to sell the clan... main thing is, i dont see how this is any different than main..dumb rule :/...

why 3 rooms? you gotta be a cheap lovable companion to start a clan with 3 rooms lol...
