i was thinking, why shouldnt Justice blade be magical? first off it says its spell binded so that only paladins can use it, err not sure but dont that make it magical? plus the pic shows the wep giving off an aura, which makes me assume its magical?

i just think it should be cause its a lower base damage weapon so wouldnt be overpowering in any way. supported it or not?

Over time I have learnt that pictures can be deceiving... the Shield of Faith is an example.

The spell is simply an enchantment to prevent non-Paladins from using the weapon, either by it preventing them from grasping the hilt or the weapon flying out of their hand or something, but that is all the spell does... it does not punish wrongdoers.

I feel it inappropriate to give Paladins magical weapons at that level. For now, not supported.

Justice Blade used to be the best paladin weapon in game, either you used a pike or you splashed out for a JB. This was when l20+ fighters also mainly had pikes, halberds being quite rare apart from in the hands of a few players. Hence paladins had, for most of the playerbase, the best weapon ingame. Since then, hallies have became more popular, BOT's and sovs have appeared, as have buyable B25 paladin weapons.

As for the enchantment, Crane is right. It is designed to burn the hand of non-paladins that attempt to wield it, not the person you hit with it
