Is there anyways you could just turn off seeing what other people are depositing or withdrawing? Its ridiculous to go to the Nightmist Vault, the amount of people that sit there just depositing and withdrawing is outrageous. It must stop.

So could we at least have the option to turn it off?

Was brought up before, but for the reason people could get an idea of what you were up to..

I think you should be able to see what people are moving, but for multipuls of the same, should be one line.

Ok, thought I should search, see if it was said. But the problem is, the people who sit there with the sole intention of being stupid. Depositing and withdrawing 1 oak staff many...many times. So thats why I think you should have the option of turning it off.

because as alone said it hints as to where others are going


for example if I see someone take a thorn key out of their vault and I have one I willl wait 5 mins and jump in to atrium monarch when its mod pk them and steal kill

First of all dognapot, its not as easy as that to fix problems like that. Staff isnt always on and even then they dont always respond.

I am not saying remove it completely. All I am saying is that we should have the OPTION of turning it off so we dont see other people withdrawing and depositing stuff.

Why can't the option of turning it off be leaving the room?

Correct me if I am wrong, but the person is putting it in and out of the vault; the vault does not move, and you're complaining about a spamming that happend?

Yell about spamming or move. It's not just a vault for you; other people have a right to use it. I have deposited x50 adv pots before. Is that spamming simply because it scrolls? I didn't want to carry the pots and that is my pot vault for thieves.


If it is really that annoying----why do you sit on the square? Surely the person doesn't sit there all day---they'd be banned, and I highly doubt that they're just sitting there waiting for you so they can spam you.

how about we screw this "turn it off" crap and just change the command work like gold does. example, /deposit oak staff 22345 would deposit 22,345 oak staffs. that way, no one has to spam except people who insist on being problematic and childish. we have enough toggle this and that in the game already, and if you're just irritated by intentional spamming then this is nightmist. people used to spam by moving thier party back and forth, and now we have a more efficient usage of the buffer because we didn't "turn it off", but we still have spammers. that doesn't go away.

edit: come to think of it, why aren't all items transferable in that way? wouldn't it be easier to throw potions around like /give XXX advanced healing potion 14 be easier than typing it once and hitting the up arrow and enter 14 times? no number at all could be the default for "1", i think it would make everything easier, that, in addition to easier on the server for dealing with one command as aversed to 14 of them. i don't remember if shops have commands but it might be usefull there too.

Uhm that already exists, but it's /give XXX 14 advanced healing potion. Even in shops you can do /sell 14 crystal knife etc.

If you were being sarcastic and did know of it, it wasn't very obvious.

Edit: As for the original suggestion....GOD go play outside...why do you people always whine about stupid crap that you can easily avoid...just move your ass.

nah, i actually was unaware of that development. i knew this time would come someday, but if it exists for vaults then i guess this whole thread is rather pointless.

You can withdraw and deposit in multiples.

/deposit 14 oak staff
/withdraw 14 oak staff

Its just that some people are childish and like to act it.

Using the 'Deposit All' switch, as I do, causes each item from your inventory to go in one at a time though.

So if I am done with a trip and don't need pots on my thieves or druid (I like to keep them empty or with mana unless they're hunting)---then I don't particurally care that it might scroll some people. I am clicking the button with each of them because it is easier than typing out the command a few times or copying and pasting.

Move off of the square where there is a vault if people putting stuff in and out of a vault bothers you.
