The Halloween quest with Werewolf and Witch are confirmed so far. 

 

Entrance to the quest area is along the Spooky Path, which can be found northeast of the Forest Hermit.

That area and NPC is in the forest that is west of the Grassy Meadow but northwest of the Graveyard.

An Ethereal Confine dropped a Pendant of Light.
 
Destroy killed a Sarcophagus.
The sarcophagus reveals the skeleton of an elf wearing a striking band of black and gold on their wrist, its sheen glistening brilliantly in the torchlight.
Tomb of Sun and Shadow: Who knows who this tomb was built for, but saying it is exquisite is an understatement.  Keeping with the theme of sun and shadow, one half of the chamber is adorned with gold trims and designs, while the other side is adorned with obsidian.  In the centre of the room is a large sarcophagus.  All in all, this tomb is in excellent condition and is an archaeologist's dream. You sense residual magical energy in the air. You can climb back Up out of the tomb.

Stone Dragon: You start to question your wisdom in offering the Dragon Relic, for the dragon statue has come to life and is quick to start clearing out the temple of intruders! You can only wish you could retreat off the pedestal in any direction.

A thunderous explosion sends fragments of the Stone Dragon in all directions.
As the dust clears, a distinct stone disc clatters on the floor at your feet, and where the dragon stood, a trapdoor with a circular recess is revealed.
You picked up a Dragon Seal.
 
You place the Dragon Seal into the recess, and the trapdoor slides open to reveal a large tomb.
You went Down.
