Not unless you can convince the officer in charge of the computer to give you administrator rights, or if JLH makes a version of Nightmist that can be run without requiring registry access. Sorry.

i'll hopefully be able to test nightmist on a vista machine at some point so i can fix the annoying bug that requires you do right click - run as admin for the first time you run it

Im not a complete tech nerd, but i think even if you installed it on the flash drive instead of the main harddrive of the computer, youd still have to access the registry the first time to store character info and give the game the ability to make the macro set notepad files and drop them in the Nightmist folder.
You can view the notepad files if you go to Start > Run > C:\Program Files\Nightmist on a normal pc with it installed, if not then just open the Nightmist folder on the USB flash drive.
They are stored as macros1*_(Character name)
* Star denotes that 1 is only added if they are macros for the 1alt server.
Not sure if im right, just figured id throw in my 2 cents for whatever its worth.
