I have heard if you mix Diet coke and mentos it makes some sort of explosion.
Wondering if any of you have tried this?

yes it does work... couple weeks ago me and couple people at a graduation party did it.. we used cherry coke it supposedly works the best.. it's pretty decent

I remember after I had seen the movie Urban Legend when it first came out.. I went home and tried mixing Pop Rocks and Pepsi together and drank it (as it showed in the movie). Needless to say, it had no effect.

Them vids look really good, but would someone please tell me what 'menters' (or however you spell it) are? and where you get them from? Did someone break into a lab to get enough of that chemical to fire up 130 two litre bots of diet coke?

Oh and grats to those people for finding a use for diet coke! I hate the damn stuff!

I'd never seen them before, till I was down the park playing football with some mates, and there was an empty wrapper of them on the floor. No idea where you'd get them though. Possibly something to find in a chemist?

You can buy them anywhere you buy gum, candy bars, breath mints
We have them at the check outs at the grocery store
