Do any of these suggestions get taken?

The good ones do. A lot of them get rejected, though.

The most recent addition I can think of (that was suggested here) was /timer. Thank you, alone! ^__^

I just want my Spiked Knuckles idea to be considered. At least make some kind of knuckle weapons.

Take a look here. Maybe you should suggest making Knuckles an alternate item?
