I would like to suggest changing the Scroll of Heal price to 200 gold and changing some of the resale prices so they are closer to the buying prices, rather than half of what they are, although I admit changing the Scroll of Vortex Gate's resale price to something like 3,500 or 4,000 (currently 2,500) may cause a bit of an upset.
POST SCRIPTUM: A struggle to get the wording right, but I'm proposing that you can sell those two scrolls, not buy them, at the shop.
