1- What does spells' bonus (Divine Prayer, Champion's Strength and Holy Speed) depend on. I assume wisdom, but is it base wisdom, or modified wisdom (by items) ?
2- What should a ling pally use as boots ? Boots of Faith or Boots of Time ?

I'd say Boots of Faith instead of Boots of Time mainly because the Boots of Time reduces dexterity, and every class needs it. Boots of Faith do not, and still have the +1 wisdom modifier.

Even though i just saw the charisma modifier my opinion still stands.

Pretty sure the power of enhance on pally spells is constant or level determined.

if your going to whine over 1 dex becuase you get clicked to much you will need vind boots

i would agree, -1 dex isn't such a big thing with pallys simply train useing Holy Speed.. pvp if a pally isn't rounded there hard to kill anyway probably in this case u would want boots of faith tho for a better chance to hit boots of faith are 4 less armor also..
