Staff check tickets at least once a day.
JLH deals with tickets (at best) once every few months.
Your request requires JLH to do something, so you're stuck.

Aye, tickets get looked at. Mine was done in less than a day The more complicated the problem the harder it is to get it sorted, and i'm guessing yours wasn't the easiest haha?

Yer---I don't know if I am on the ticket system daily, but more than weekly.
Almost every topic that is hung-up takes JLH's attention or decison making.
For that, I recommend MSN, even though I think the ticket system was suppose to help sort problems being taken to MSN...

Tickets above MSN all the time. Anything asked to JLH comes with a reply "file a support ticket", which isn't wrong - as thats the reason the support tickets were put into place, but I wouldn't recommend MSN at all, sorry.

It's not a simple problem because we cannot look at logs or figure out what's been deleted from the game. Only JLH can do that...so it's not as if people aren't out to help, this is just something where JLH needs to get on the job.
Hassle him about it until he finds time. And I think MSN is the best way I've ever found to keep asking him the same things.

MSN is an online chatting device really, like AIM or whatever you use normally.
Jonathan_LH@hotmail.com is JLH's msn address, just a contact you have to add and then you can talk - it beats e-mail in my opinion as you get an immediate response (if the other contact is at the computer).
