ok i dont know if this is normal or if it has been altered but. My berserker has 21 const and has been gaining allot of 14's. he is lvl 10 and his gains are 14 15 14 16 14 14 15 16 14... and usually a berserker with 21 const would gain 18-15's and and sometimes 14's... what has happened?
