Ok, I was wondering, since Paci's are against war, when people attack them, why does their diety, who protects them and is also against war, make the damage reflect? I always though pacis are disgusted at the fact of war/attacking. I know it's defense, but wouldn't it make more sense to have the diety just STOP the attacking instead of relfect it back?
NOTE :: This was mostly directed towards Crane becuase he knows alot about this stuff, but other people feel free to post also.

The trouble is, just stopping the attack will not stop warring players from lashing out. You know the players on Nightmist... they will find a wandering Pacifist or a number of crits under Justice Zone and just attack until the cows come home, regardless if any of their attacks get through or not. Pacifists are disgusted by war, but the reflected damage is brought upon by the attackers themselves - using their own warring nature against them. And when the damage is continuously reversed, any attackers with a brain will realise that war will only make matters worse (i.e. they end up killing themselves), so they stop. It's bit tricky to describe, I'm afraid.
