I haven't ever really trained thieves except when the steal trick was around, so I was wondering how you train them in the desert or anywhere for that matter.

Do you attack or do you assassinate?

If you assassinate, then do you wait for full stamina or do you attack with the 3 you regen each time?

Just keep on assassinating those 70-90 pod monsters, it might take longer than most crits, there is a way to easily lvl them now that was introduced a few months ago, but I won't say on forums

Classic way is Swamps till 26. Then just, as said, hit 70-90 pod monsters

Oh, and as for the attacking thing. I always just assassinate. I guess you could attack with the single stam, so you can then assassinate with a full bar. But the difference would be minor. They can hit pretty hard with normal attack, but it can rare.

I agree with alone here. Swamps till maxed at level 25 to begin with. I always use assassinate myself as well.
