Increase the vault size to 100? 200? 500?

Make the default vault size 50 but allow option to purchase more space?

Put the NPCs that can trade for tokens in magic shops?

Sell Lodestone Token at BT magic shop for 3500-3600 gold? (an added fee for convenience)

My playing style demands that I have collections of 100-200+ items on hand. Everything from leveling items, to magical weapons, to leveling weapons, etc. I am having to spend energy and effort to move items around. log on and off crits, have an account just to get an extra 50 vault spaces, ive even seen several people buy a vault clan...which then still requires transferring.

The point is, the overall game play would be more enjoyable if there was a few extra spots in the account vault and maybe an easier way to buy several inventories of mana at one time.

Thoughts?

I like the idea of buying space without having to be in a clan. Would be awesome for pacifists for sure. I have no clue what the price of a clan shot costs but if it were possible to do away with clan vaults and have it player by player I would be in favor of that

Take a lvl 10 crit and make a few rooms and buy however many 100 item vaults you need. Anytime you need something on a different crit you use the one in that clan to take items to your actual vault. Problem solved.

Thank you for making my point.

I would think the fact it takes that amount of effort just to hold onto items you found and will need at some point is a little ridiculous?

Whenever players have to use a facet of the game (such as a clan) for something other than its intended purpose(forming alliances)
then you are taking the player out of the role playing / game playing mindset. I think it feels a little slimy.

A clan house vault is a blatant work around and the game would be better if it was a little easier to hold onto items you need.

I confess I like this idea, although I'm not sure what a good price will be.  The prices would also have to be different for the two servers (e.g. 1 million for 1-alt, and 5 million for multi-alt).  I'll have a word with the other staff about this one.

If the implementation details become too complex another solution would be to just bump the default size from 50 to 100 or 200 and everyone would be happy.

5 mill for 500 spaces on multi seems like it would be fair since you can part time exp/gold and within a year have your vault space bought. To reflect it onto 1a I would make it exactly half of what it will cost on multi 2.5 mill. But ofc there will be people saying it's way to much but I like this idea overall. :-)

I wouldn't pay for something like that on multi. My Pacifist gets the whole acct vault(thats never full anyways) to itself and my clan house vaults store the rest of my stuff which actually makes it easier than sorting all of the acct vaults since my multi stuff is divided into 3 accts. The most I ever have to do is run something from the clan house to the acct vault or vice versa every great once in a while if my paci needs something or got something that another crit needs.. but its maybe once a month and not a hassle to me.

I do think its a good idea for 1a to have alternative vault space for people.

I've brought this up a bunch of times. Without coding I don't think the actual account vault can be increased currently. However Aidon when he was staff he made Silversail. In silversail the houses are actually vaults that werent ment to be sold to players. Houses are a very interesting idea, which is what I've proposed multiple times, allowing players to pay x amount of gold to have vaults in other areas by buying houses. Houses in say nightmist, could be relatively cheap around 150k for a single room house, blackthorn could be say, 200k for a single room house, something like sarka could be like 300k, and something like silversail could be like 1 million. The benefit to this is when you aren't doing anything, or when you have help from other people, you can fill your vaults with stuff and keep training or doing whatever you're doing, maybe leave keys closer to the places they go to, leaving leveling items closer to guilds. It also has the added benefit of filling extremely empty cities with an actual landscape. The way I envision it, staff would create a 'key' to get into the house, most likely an equipment piece. These equipments could then be used a key to each household. These keys could be something like a 4ac ring or a crystal ring which is given by the player to the staff member. It could also be mumble locked or character locked depending on how staff want to do it. This could also lead to a new market of real estate where say there might only be room for 4 houses in Sarka, someone wants a house there down the road they then buy it from another player. Som cities could have more, some less, and interesting places could also have houses designed for them (wanna live on the mountain? okay 1.5m gold; wanna live in elmshire 1.5m, etc). I will point out I have currently 16 clan vaults on top of my account vault and I still have them all full.

If this was possible, I would believe 1 Million Gold would be quite drastic.  Like clan houses, it should be incremented.  Scale the value of a clan house vault (50K + 100K) and multiply it by 2.0-2.5 (cost of convenience).  300-375K for your first +50 slots.  Clan House, 150K would give you 100 vault slots, whereas 300K would give you +50.  This would cater to the more seasoned players and help take some gold out of the game.

Edit: 1M gold would be a good price to have your vault transferred to a new city, as I am assuming Danny suggested.  I don't read a lot of what Danny writes.  He doesn't know what a paragraph is.  Just kidding.  Kind of. :)
