We all know that base Constitution affects HP gains and a few of us know that Constitution affects how well Thieves can move while covert.
My question is... does Constitution affect poison resistance? That is, the chance of it wearing off.

From what ive seen Con does affect the chance for poison to wear off each cycle, but as for poison *resistance*, at one time Con actually dictated how much damage poison did to you, but since 95% of the active crits in NM had perfect con, it made monsters like anacondas into a joke, so was removed and creatures returned to a fixed poison value.
Venemous creatures have a 100% chance of poisoning you at all times except when poisoned or under the cleanse effect, so con does not affect the chance of actually resisting the poison
