Just pondering, two 25 square clan houses for sale, one is worth 3,783,000 and one is worth 4,311,750. The only thing i can put between them is one is much older - i didnt think this effected prices - why is one worth more then the other.
(for those who cant be assed to look its dues ex, and unwanted)

One clan might have a number of empty rooms, the other having vaults and multiple arenas, making one clan house more valuable than the other.
