Admittedly I know the exact drop rates of the Credenza, but I've also had some players page me in the past when the Credenza dropped nothing at all a couple of times! So future players aren't too disappointed if they have a very unlucky encounter with it, I would like to propose an extra drop that replaces the null drop:

Amongst a torrent of gold coins swims a shimmering crystal of magic unparalleled.
Player got the Elfstone.

Considering the Credenza is a storage receptacle for a Drow Priestess' valuables (maybe Ku'Nal's), the presence of an Elfstone in there is not out of the ordinary, I feel. It would still be an extremely rare drop so there is little risk of the economy being flooded with Glowing Cobalt Rings, and its value would be generally less than the other items that come from the Credenza (except the Giant Aquamarine). A drawback is that it concentrates the Elfstones around Tirantek - mind you, the other monsters that drop them are also around Tirantek.
