just a random thought on paci armour... if pacis could be pkd would it be possible to round them?

arch paci with full eq - 120ac (60% damage absorb)
subdue = half damage (80%)
shieldself = half damage (90%)

spelled arch zerker with bot - max berserk damage on unarmoured person/monster = 200 (ish)
presume all 6 attacks hit = 1200 damage

90% absorbed = 120 damage (and thats from a perfect round of max damage hits)

So, no (maybe with assassinate/smite but im not sure how much armour/paci spells affects them)

pacis cant be attacked that is their whole point. they abhor violence which is why they cant attack and why their deity protects them from violence so you should really just not worry yourself about it...ever

as Green Mantis said, the whole point of paci's is that they cannot be attacked or attack themselves. only to undead monsters which they heal for damage may they attack. thats why they're called pacifists.

pacifist- one who opposes war or violence as a means of resolving disputes.

Attacking and PK-ing is what the other classes are for.

Crane is simply wondering about the power of a paci's armour and defence relative to the power of an arch zerker, not wanting them to be attackable I believe, I know for a fact Crane uses pacis and believes in their anti-pkable ness.

otherwise this is an interesting point ... if we could attack a paci would they be hard to kill ... ?
