There is no one around anymore that has been your real friend long enough for you to really trust them.
Mary, Jim, Mike, Chris, Dylan, DJV (don't remember which of them you go on well with and which not)...everyone like that has quit or doesn't really play now.
None of them would need the help of more crits either.

It depends who you leave them to...

When alan quit, I had gave back stuff when he asked. Not everyone did though.

Since then I've been given 3 crits from people that quit, and if they made any sign of coming back, they would be back in their account instantly.

But like stated above... you've got one of the biggest accounts in nightmist, so you have a right to be selfish.

If you seriously don't care then just do what I did - I gave my top 10 amazing clan away, knowing that the new chair would probably ruin it - I then had riddles at the SGH and gave my stuff away to random people.

Screw friends, like you said, most aren't true friends. Just screw up economy and piss people off by doing it random style.

I would sell everything up except my best crits and give it all to my clan. A final thank you for everything they've done.

That's what I plan to do when I leave anyway. (not leaving anytime soon atm btw, talking future talk)

I gave my stuff to 3 friends who share and won't let it rot cuz I don't want some fags running around on my old names, even though I wouldn't be playing and have any idea who they might be.

i ended up quitting for 3 monthes b4 returning after talking with 2 friends i ended up giving everything to 1 person whom i have been friends wit for a long time and i have alotta trust in to find out who ur true friends r just end up taking a look from a dif standpoint and see who has been 100% trustable to u who treats ya nice some1 who is willing to give ya a hug when ur feeling down or some1 who will take time outta their busy schedule to talk to ya not just some1 who will talk to ya if no1 else is on or puts on a front to impress ya in hopes of gertting freebies...an easy way to find this out is go on a low level crit and just talk to thouse ya consider good friends w/o them knowing and see if they r different when they dont know its u or if they act the same way
