every time I try to log in I get "connection established" then it just stops. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and manually installed the .exe as well. none of this allows me to get into the game. any suggestions?

Run as admin or check your firewall/virus software isn't blocking it.

well it still won't let me in. even with running as admin and turning off firewall and antivirus. maybe I need a new pc

is it a port forwarding issue with your router?
i have no idea what that means, but it sounds like something an IT person would say.
