Unfortunately regular staff don't have access to account passwords, and if the crits have been deleted from inactivity, then your best bet is to go to JLH. Funny how he seems to be the only viable answer to 90% of the game's questions.

Ok well i have a lvl 32 thief on one alt i can toss ya to play on for now. On main your name Amy is on a lvl 31 elf cleric. I think Jose has it.

You can't remember the password most likely because you shared with Bill/Ed. Upon one of them (debatable as to which one) stealing large amounts of characters and accounts from people, all accounts in which they had access to were perm banned. So unless you already knew about that and had characters after that happened in another account, I would guess that's why you can't access the account.

hello shella, i sent ya a memo!
well i see somethings and some people still havent changed much, still living in the past i see... daniel, none of mine/shella's crits were banned as you say, everything was deleted due to inactivity being as i went on a long vacation so to speak...so for future reference, please think before you speak(please dont take offense to this, just stating facts!)..thanks
