A Couple New Spells I Been Pondering About

I have been thinking these Two spells over and was kinda at a debate.. ill let yall decide if they are goo dspells or not or too powerful ect.

lvl 30 to use
Frostbite, Mages, bd a litte more than beam, Spell Cost:50-100k from mage guild
Daytime raises his hands, creates a massive ice bolder, hitting a brown bear for 92 points of Damage!!
Daytime raises his hands, creates a massive ice bolder, hitting a brown bear for 93 points of Damage!!
Daytime raises his hands, creates a massive ice bolder, hitting a brown bear for 86 points of Damage!!
Daytime raises his hands, creates a massive ice bolder, hitting a brown bear for 102 points of Damage!!
Daytime raises his hands, creates a massive ice bolder, hitting a brown bear for 79 points of Damage killing it!!

Meditation, Enhances intel and Wisd by 2 or 3 points, Only Mages, Druids can use this ability, when you get to lvl 30 the spell becomes Availible,
Spell cost: 30-45k from Mage Guild

Daytime Casted a spell on himself
You cast Meditation on your self enhancing your magical abilities.

17 20 19 18 20 21 before after 17 22 19 18 22 21 for aproximantly 30 - 45secs or however long Enhance for meleers lasts.

This is what i have been thinking about...

Soo any comments? Support? or added suggestions?

Nice thinking, but we really do not need more damage spells for mages.

The +2 intell/wisdom is a nice thought, but it would increase the damage by about 6 dmg per stamina so 30 dmg per round. Mages do round things quite often, but giving them the ability to do extra damage is a little bit strong.

I like the fact you're giving it a shot, keep throwing up ideas. Who knows you might stumble upon something great.

I support any more powerful spells that can be made strickly pvm and not able to be used pvp, since mages are weak pvm.

Why not just make Meditation strictly a % bonus against monsters, rather than an actual stat enhancement.

As for other ideas not mage-damage related, why not have them casting auras on their party. More a Paladin skill, I know, but never-the-less. Thought I'd throw it up.

Yeah would be nice to have a mage spell that actually makes them good against monsters, and justifies the insane mana costs. You'd have to be careful it doesn't make training too easy though hmm ;)
