No this is not true.
There are however 8 floors of sewers.
The 5 floors under sewers 3 are only small area's though.

yeah i go there often. ive got like 3 blade of sacrifices.
btw if ur lookin for it go to the sewage drainoff.
when u reach the cover, there must be some way to Break it.

The Sewage Smithy is the boss of the area. He has a Mutant Leech protecting him too.

ive completed area on 2 crits, tried on 1 crit but ran outta pots on mod, although i believe someone has completed area on 1
Lot easier on 8 though, party rounded the leech and the maggot someone dragged in to annoy people
Using a couple of tarmas and about 5 nightshades would be pretty easy to get to and kill boss on one alt, although i like to save my fancy pots for better things
